- Open-source AI infrastructure: Co-founded and led technology for Tabiya, whose inclusive skills taxonomy was deployed through SAYouth.mobi, a platform serving more than 3.8 million young people in South Africa.
- Delivery turnaround: Rebuilt engineering capability for a complex national digital-platform programme, establishing a cross-functional delivery organisation and moving integration cadence from releases every two months to multiple integrations per day.
- Product venture and acquisition: Co-founded the business behind the BONAPART process-management product line, led international software development and supported its acquisition and integration into BTC AG.
