In roles as a CTO and Director of Engineering, I have successfully grown and led high-performing engineering teams in various organisations. My experience extends from working with small teams of a few members to managing multiple teams. Over the past 20 years, I have predominantly worked with remote teams across the globe.

Agile/Lean Software Development

As a Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Project Manager, I have acquired expertise in agile and lean software development methodologies. I have experience working with multiple teams, utilising Scrum or Kanban. Additionally, I have successfully implemented large-scale agile frameworks such as LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) and have worked in the context of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
